A 90-Day Evaluation is the final check-in with a new hire during their initial onboarding process. The review should assess the employee's performance through their first three months, allow them to address any questions or issues they have encountered, and continue to seek their feedback on your processes.
An Annual Evaluation is a check-in conducted on a yearly basis. This evaluation is designed to improve job understanding, promote more effective job performance, and establish future goals for career growth. The goal of the evaluation is to provide staff members with feedback on their performance and accomplishments for the year.
Each Evaluation will consist of a 15-30 minute phone conversation with one of the office admin.
